Our IT Support Workflow or “How We Do What We Do”

Initial Contact

When you first call us, a ticket is logged with as much information as possible about the issue.

Troubleshooting

The ticket is assigned to an engineer, who will assist you by troubleshooting and fixing the issue

Final testing

When the issue is resolved and tested and the client confirmed that all is back to normal the ticket is closed

Follow-up

For more complex issues, or when an onsite visit is required, the engineer will do a follow-up before closing the ticket to ensure the issue hasn't re-occurred and all is working well
